Installation Steps

1. Allow the exhaust system to cool completely.

2. Raise and safely support the vehicle.

3. Measure and mark the desired installation location.

4. Cut the existing exhaust piping if required.

5. Test-fit the valved exhaust assembly and confirm proper alignment.

6. Weld or clamp the unit into place, depending on your installation method.

7. Connect the vacuum lines to the valve actuator.

8. Verify all hardware and exhaust connections are secure.

9. Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks.

10. Test the valve operation to ensure it opens and closes properly.
